Host Speaker

David Procida
Founder & CEO
Dave has over 40 years of experience in commercial construction. Starting as a salesman for a residential insulation contractor in New Jersey, Dave quickly recognized the opportunity for specialty contracting in the commercial sector. He started his own business and focused on commercial building insulation and passive fire containment. As the building envelope evolved, Dave’s company became an original air barrier specialist.
After Dave sold his specialty contracting businesses, he managed the business development for two major public companies and a national interiors wall and ceiling contractor. Now, as President and owner of Adicorp Construction Services, LLC, Dave provides vital, strategic guidance to both companies and individuals wanting to improve their business.
Over the life of his career, Dave has started, developed, and sold several commercial construction businesses that are still active today. He has been responsible for over $1B in commercial sales, has navigated several management styles, survived three steep economic downturns, and now flourishes with Adicorp and its targeted services.
Learn from Dave as you build your commercial business. Capitalize on the industry trends, avoid the avoidable, and improve your business now.
